If you’re a West Coast concertgoer, then you probably already know that Bob Siegel is a legend in the Vancouver music scene…just don’t tell him that. He rejects the notion that he’s of the same ilk as Bruce Allen and Sam Feldman. But you don’t spend 40 years cultivating new talent, booking rock ‘n’ roll hall of famers, curating iconic venues, and not gain legendary status. Sorry, Bob.
The American expat originally launched his famed booking agency – then called Siegel Entertainment Ltd. – in the ’70s because he and his business partner, Jhan Dudley, wanted to score decent paying gigs for their fellow musician friends. That genuine love for music and dedication to treating artists fairly remains at the core of the newly envisioned Siegel Entertainment Curation.
Within his new role as consultant, Bob will share his decades of experience as needed. And in between serving as an expert adviser, Bob will continue pursing his latest passion: managing his son’s bourgeoning career as a visual artist at SamsOriginalArt.com.
