TONY DELANEY – He is a Singer, Songwriter, Pub Performer Extraordinaire…a Guitarist-Vocalist-Harmonica Player, and also Piano Lounge Entertainer ! Tony Delaney, is a highly motivated creative Guitarist and Pianist with international client portfolio.

Tony has been entertaining audiences for over 28 years, starting as a drummer in various rock, pop, country, folk, and Irish bands, working up to performing in one of England longest running bands ‘Dr Bowers Brown Bowel Oil band’ and now as an International Guitarist – Pianist – Singer.

Tony’s unique voice and smooth acoustic guitar is a purist style. Although Tony has personalized backing tracks, Tony has found that his Cruise Ship audiences prefer his simple acoustic and vocals sound. The clarity and simplicity of his vocal with guitar or piano are augmented only with his rich bluesy harmonica – an artistic choice that allows Tony to reach each of his fans on a personal and moving level regardless of their culture, background, or even language.

His artistry has been honed on cruise ships playing Popular Music, Rock, MOR, AC, Country, Blues, Soul and traditional Irish Folk tunes from over 5 decades worth of material. He has entertained audiences from Canada’s West Coast and Alaska, to the balmy seas of the Caribbean, and to the exotic ports of the Mediterranean, Asia, England and Ireland. Exposure to such wide diversity of cultures has given Tony the ability to tailor set lists to the audience at hand, whether it’s a bar room sing-along or a laid back romantic set in an upscale lounge or restaurant.

From Vancouver, BC and Alaska, to the balmy seas of the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, his considerable musical talents has made him a favorite on cruises and hotels practically everywhere.

With his unique voice and eclectic song list, he always fashions his performance to suit each audience, be it a sophisticated lounge or a friendly corner pub. Tony currently performs simply as one man and a guitar, or a piano. His music is pure, with a voice that is memorable and backing his voice with a single acoustic guitar, harmonica, and /or a piano…
