The Pilkey Sisters are a close harmony singing group, and they really are sisters that grew up in a musical family.
These sisters started out singing and performing with other family members at church and community events,
and doing performances for charity events. The sisters have been performing together for over 10 years now.
At the tender ages of 17, 19 and 21 years, the Pilkey Sisters have now embarked on professional music careers,
singing such popular classics as the Andrews Sisters hits, ‘Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy’ and ‘Don’t Sit Under The Apple Tree’.
Just like their forebears the Andrews Sisters, the Pilkey Sisters specialize in Jump, Swing and Boogie Woogie,
performing many of the hits of the 40’s and 50’s, plus Jazz, Ballads, Folk, Country, and, Seasonal, Gospel and Religious titles…
These girls really bring a lot of youthful enthusiasm and energy, combined with their trademark lightning-quick vocal syncopations
and perfect, rich 3 part harmonizations. This is a Canadian vocal group to watch as they sing their way into the hearts of a new generation.
