With their characterisitc driving accordian and washboard percussion, Mojo Zydeco brings you a Mardi Gras party... Louisiana style! Influenced by the Zydeco stylings of Rosie Ledet, Rockin' Dopsie, and Beau Jocque, Mojo Zydeco lays down that same, non-stop, infectious groove!

Zydeco was invented by the Black Creoles of southwestern Louisiana, and features the accordian as its driving force, with a bit of an R&B flavor (not to be confused with Cajun music, which typically features a fiddle as the lead instrument, and often incorporates the two-step waltz style of dancing).

One thing is certain... it's all about getting you up on the dance floor, and keeping you there!
