Willie's unique, trademark style is so smooth and precise that easily challenges Johnnie Johnson for the top spot. His vocal style has been compared to a smoother and blusier Jerry Lee Lewis.
Over the years, he has earned a number of industry music poll awards, and his trademark piano sound is heard prominently on all of the popular Powder Blues hits.
